For more than 25 years, John Clark has focused his practice on all aspects of commercial litigation and substantive aspects of commercial law, including court and jury trials in state and federal courts and before administrative agencies. Types of disputes successfully handled by Mr. Clark include:
Mr. Clark has also been active in methods of alternative dispute resolution. In addition to using ADR when appropriate on behalf of his clients, he has frequently served as a volunteer arbitrator and mediator through the American Arbitration Association and the Milwaukee Bar Association Mediation Program. Mr. Clark graduated cum laude from the University of Wisconsin Law School and was named to the Order of the Coif, an academic legal society. He is a member of the American Bar Association, State Bar of Wisconsin and Milwaukee Bar Association and has served on the Business Law and Professional Ethics Committees of the State Bar. On the federal level, he is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Wisconsin, the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals and the United States Tax Court. Mr. Clark welcomes referrals from other attorneys and has frequently worked with attorneys from out of state either on a lead counsel or co-counsel basis.
