Thomas J. McGinn has more than 30 years of legal experience. Since completing his service as an attorney-advisor for the Securities and Exchange Commission, Mr. McGinn has concentrated his practice on trusts, estate tax planning, probate and securities. He uses his accounting training to offer practical solutions for the often complicated problems of today's business organizations. Tom emphasizes the importance of individual tax planning. He particularly touts the significance of estate tax planning -- an area where assets can potentially be taxed twice. He works with his clients to meet their individual needs and build personal, effective estate plans. Mr. McGinn received his accounting degree from Boston College, where he earned memberships in the Alpha Sigma Nu and Beta Gamma Sigma honor societies. He graduated from law school at the University of Michigan, and is a member of the American Bar Association, the State Bar of Wisconsin, the District of Columbia Bar and the Professional Institute of Tax Study.
